s.mart Online Tools Troubleshooting
- If you can't get a connection, please check if:
- you use smartChord version V8.11 or later
- you can clear the cache and reload the page (often by 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Shift + Ctrl + F5)'
- you have trusted smartChords self-signed certificate. Follow the link 'Check connection' which appears, if you can't get a connection)'
- port 8083 of your local network is not blocked (maybe a setting in your router). We have to use a special port, as standard port 80 is not allowed on Android
- you have activated the online mode in smartChord
- your device is connected to the local network (normally by Wifi)
- you have entered the correct IP address of your device (maybe it has been changed)
- your computer is connected to the same local network
- your computer and your device are allowed to communicate with each other (maybe a setting in your router)
- your computer and your device can communicate with each other
- the browser shows errors in its 'Developer tools' (often reachable by F12)
- you have an active VPN that that prohibits access
- If you cannot get the song in the browser, restart smartChord and/or your device and try again
